945 Developments is an established land developer and builder with offices in Edmonton, AB and Victoria, BC. We are a full service general contractor providing design services, construction management and project management for our commercial and residential clients.
Our strength comes from our many years of experience which allows us, in cooperation with our clients, to complete projects on time and on budget. Our proven turnkey approach and in-depth knowledge of the design-build process enables us to take on various projects ranging in both size and complexity, all with industry leading safety and service.
Clients with our design team create an initial concept for the design of the building. Then our project management team takes our clients through, from initial concept, to hiring an architect, to bring their dream to life. We then secure permits, contract all the trades and sub trades, handle the final inspection, and are there for our clients long after the key is in their hand.
Today, with a highly experienced team, 945 Developments continues to design and build some of the most sought after commercial space available on the market.
Company History
945 Developments was established in 2001 by Bob Cramers and Cameron Quilliam, both principles of the company. Together they shared a vision of being the premier developer of commercial real estate in Sherwood Park and began operations with the first commercial development called Westana Centre.
In 2020, 945 Developments opened their second location in Victoria, BC.
