Liberton Medical Building

Liberton Medical Building is a 15,000 square foot medical office building located in the heart of St. Albert along St. Albert Trail. This building was originally built in 1982.

945 Developments has undertaken to completely renovate and rejuvenate the entire building. The improvements will include new exterior wall panels, new roofing membrane, new HVAC systems, new electrical distribution and new common area improvements.
