Riel Park RV & Mini Storage

This project, at Riel Park RV & Mini Storage, consisted of a complete renovation and redesign to the building and yard. A 9.5 acre site, requiring a retrofit, was improved with the construction of over 350 drive up storage units. The main building was re-cladded and demised off to feature individual storage rental bays. A complex project with yard contamination issues, the site was re-graded and paved with fencing installed to allow for over 200 RV storage spaces.
