Westana Centre

945 Developments was retained to design and construct three commercial buildings.  This office building was the first of three that helped re-define western Sherwood Park’s office space.  It is still to this day, used as a comparable for suburban office space. This project is a two story professional office building located in the heart of Sherwood Park. It’s construction consists of a steel frame with concrete block walls and extensive glazing and metal paneling.  The extensive glazing and metal paneling create a visually aesthetic commercial office building.
