Westana Village Phase I

945 Developments was retained to design and build five commercial buildings. The Westana Village Phase I Development consists of one three story building that features pre-cast concrete panel walls over a structural steel frame, along with a tar and gravel roof system. The building consists of main floor warehouse areas with a second floor mezzanine space designed for office space or additional storage. Each unit has an individual electrical meter, as well as their own HVAC system.
