Westana Village Phase II

Westana Village Phase II is a Design-Build project by 945 Developments. An office warehouse development, consisting of two buildings, featuring pre-cast concrete panels over a structural steel frame. Each bay consists of main floor warehouse shop space and second floor office space. With 14’ overhead doors on the rear of the building and individual HVAC units, allowing for reduced condo fees and costs to owners.
