Westwind Plaza

Westwind Plaza is a Design Build project by 945 Developments. It consists of two 26,000 square foot, two story office buildings located along highway 16, in Spruce Grove, AB. Both buildings are identical in construction and consist of pre-cast concrete walls, a hollo core second floor with a PVC membrane roof system. The buildings also feature high speed electric elevators and individual HVAC units for each space.
