Elite Self Storage is a two story self storage facility located in Victoria, BC and consists of over 450 storage units. An eye catching contemporary design which gives this project large curb appeal.

The building consists of pre-cast concrete structural panels and a hollow core second floor being supported by a steel super structure. This storage facility also features a 1,500 square foot developed office space for clients and staff, as well as a 1,500 square foot coffee bar on the main level. With a modern PVC roof and a unique air handling system, making the operation of this building extremely low maintenance.
